COLLEEBRI да конечно удобряю. Они как и садовые нуждаются в удобрениях. Я пользуюсь средствами от фирмы BONA FORTE очень давольна. У меня от удобрения их молочай так сейчас разросся, такой красивый стал! Еще при пересадки пользуюсь их усилителем корнеобразования.
Удобрять в любом случае необходимо, поскольку земля истощается. Я многие свои растения пересаживаю не больше чем раз в 2 года, просто нет необходимости чаще, и подкормка им нужна.
Ну а садовые растения только на натуральных ингредиентах растут

Бриллианты слез цветочки обязательно надо подкармливать! Без удобрений растения растут хорошо, но не долго. Тебе любой ботаник скажет. Да и достаточно вспомнить курс школьной ботаники, чтоб выводы сделать. Любые цветы нуждаются в уходе. Что касается пересадок, то их делают по мере роста растения. Вот у меня фикус Бенжамина зимой осыпаться стала. Думала сперва, что подкормки нехватает или паразиты какие завелись. Мама мч сказала, что может быть сквозняк или залили. Вообщем все перепробывала, а он осыпался и все. В итоге пересадила в больший горшок. Когда пересаживала, у меня был шок, одни корни! А после пересадки, он перестал сыпатся и стал активно расти! Так что пересадки периодически нужны. 
А насчет удобрений почитай специальную литературу или в интернете глянь на сайтах. Для каждого растения свой подход нужен.
